Vitals Signs (VS):
1.Obtains basic measures including blood pressure (BP), respirations, pulse, temperature, height, weight, and intake and output from clients who are stable.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s)
- Provides basic physical care and comfort measures and assistance with activities of daily living.
General Household Chores:
- Assist in cleaning of bathroom / kitchen.
- Assist in bed making / changing of linens.
- Assist with client’s laundry.
- Assist in dusting / vacuuming.
Nutritional Support:
- Assist in grocery shopping for client as needed.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Bathing and Grooming Assistance:
- Assist with bathing and showering.
- Assist with grooming.
- Assist with oral hygiene.
Bladder and Bowel Assistance:
- Offers bed pan and urinal assistance.
- Assistance in meeting elimination support needs of the client.
- Assist with bowel movement cleansing.
