    Job Description

    This coordinator position plays an integral role in providing clerical and administrative support to the Architecture and Estimating departments.

    Manage the flow of information between Architecture, Estimators, clients, subcontractors and consultants.
    Provide accurate and up to date information to the team regarding field reports, punch lists, permits, change orders, contracts, proposals, drawings and additional correspondence as needed.
    Update subcontractors and suppliers in our computer system.
    Order, maintain and update supplies and equipment needed for the departments.
    Maintain product and code resource libraries.
    Schedule and organize presentations with vendors.
    Attend job meetings as necessary.
    Collaborate with other department coordinators and reception for coverage and cross-train to provide back-up support as needed.

    Ideal candidates will have the following:
    Knowledge of the construction industry preferred.
    Proficiency in all Microsoft Office including word, excel and outlook.
    Motivated professional with ability to meet deadlines.
    Demonstrated ability to get results by building relationships, communicating effectively and being a strong team player.
    Focus on internal and external customer needs.
    Ability to switch gears quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems.
