Responsibilites include:
Diagnosis of PCs/Laptops
Dismantling and assembling/testing of Workstations
Software OS installation
Repairing and replacement of faulty components/parts
Complete repairs as requested by supervisor
Assist and follow-up with customers’ query when necessary
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Min Diploma or Certificate in Technology
Basic knowledge of computer software/hardware
Willingness to learn and upgrade knowledge/skills to keep up with the latest technology
Professional presentation and manner
Organised and meticulous
Able to work under pressure to deadlines
