RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installation of software, new workstations, laptops and other electronic devices
Resolve support request in a timely, professional and efficient manner
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install, test and configure new computers, servers, software, printers and network equipment
Coordinate with outside vendors for hardware and software maintenance
Train and orientate new users to equipment usage
Support for IT related topics such as; user hardware support, password reset, access request and more
AV support for audio/visual events and equipment (Zoom, Bluejeans)
Inventory management of equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years IT help desk experience required
Experience with or knowledge of EDI not required but strongly encouraged
Thorough understanding of Microsoft programs
Basic understanding of wired and wireless networks
Knowledge of AV technology
VoIP experience required
Ability to find solutions with little supervision
Attention to detail with problem solving approach
Strong verbal and written skills
